Entrants must be 21 or older on April 22, 2027. You can read every page on this site. Nothing is blocked.

Privacy

This page covers the public website and the interest form. A fuller records policy, including the legal name of the producer and a contact address, will be published when those are final.

What this website does

The site explains the awards to creators who are deciding whether to take part. It does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or other third-party trackers.

The only information that leaves the site is an interest note you choose to send. Pages you read are not reported to the production team.

The interest form

The form asks for your stage name, links to public work, an email, an optional invite code, the categories that interest you, and two confirmations: that you will be 21 or older on April 22, 2027, and that you understand AI-generated imagery is ineligible and that the form is not a submission.

It does not ask for your legal name, date of birth, address, identification, or image files.

When you send it, the server checks the answers and forwards the JSON to a webhook the production team configures. This website does not keep its own copy after the webhook accepts the note. The contents are not written to the server log. If the webhook is not configured, or the send fails, the form shows an error and the note is not stored here.

The email and the invite code are for matching a personal invite. They are not published. The stage name and the links are information you already make public.

Do not send the form if you will be under 21 on April 22, 2027.

Stage name and legal identity

Public materials use your stage name: the website, the ballot, the trophy, credentials, seating cards, the press release, graphics, and the permanent winner pages.

When nominations open, legal identity will be collected to confirm age and to handle contracts. Identification records, addresses, tax documents, and private safety information are stored apart from public profiles and apart from juror packets. Jurors do not receive your legal name, income, or follower totals.

Where a third-party age-verification service is practical, the production keeps the verification result and not the underlying document.

Press are not to ask about legal identity, home location, private earnings, medical history, surgery, family, or private sex life, unless you have agreed to that topic.

Images and the license

You keep copyright in your work, shared with anyone else who holds it, such as the photographer who made a still.

Submitted-image licenses are narrow. Organic promotion of the awards may use an image through May 31, 2027. One approved winner image may remain on the permanent archive. Paid sponsor advertising, merchandise, sublicensing, and paid media require separate written approval and compensation from the copyright owner and the depicted creator.

Event media may not be used for face recognition, generative-AI training, synthetic identity, or biometric databases. That rule will be in the guest and media terms published before tickets go on sale.

How you appear at the gala

Attendance is optional and has no effect on judging. You pick one media level:

  1. Full press line
  2. House photographer only
  3. Group carpet only
  4. Ceremony appearance without carpet
  5. Remote acceptance
  6. Complete absence

Contact and changes

A public contact address and the producer’s legal name will be added here when they are ready to publish. Until then, the interest form is the way to write.

Nomination dates, juror names, the standards committee, and the venue will be announced on the site when they are set. This page will be updated when the records policy is final.
